On May 20, 2026, in celebration of World Bee Day, StayAFarm welcomed 50 kindergarten children to our facilities for a unique educational and entertaining experience dedicated to the fascinating world of bees.
The day was filled with smiles, learning, creativity, and fun, giving children the opportunity to discover the importance of bees for our environment and everyday life.
Learning About Bees and Their Life Cycle
During their visit, the children attended an interactive presentation about bees, their role in nature, and their reproduction process. Through engaging and age-appropriate explanations, they learned about the queen bee, worker bees, and drones, as well as the vital role bees play in pollination, food production, and biodiversity conservation.
Exploring the Beehives
One of the highlights of the day was the opportunity to observe beehives up close. The children learned how a bee colony functions and how bees work together in a highly organized community. Guided by our team, they discovered how bees produce honey, care for their colony, and contribute to maintaining healthy ecosystems.
Creativity Through Art
Learning was combined with creativity through a bee-themed drawing activity. Using colors, imagination, and inspiration from what they had learned, the children created wonderful artworks featuring bees, flowers, and nature.
Games, Dancing, and Fun
No children's event would be complete without playtime and celebration. Throughout the day, the children participated in group games, interactive activities, and dancing, filling StayAFarm with laughter, excitement, and positive energy.
Inspiring Future Environmental Stewards
At StayAFarm, we strongly believe that connecting children with nature and environmental education from an early age is essential for building a more sustainable future. Bees are among the most important pollinators on our planet, and helping young generations understand their value encourages respect for nature and environmental responsibility.
We would like to sincerely thank the teachers, children, and everyone who contributed to making this event such a success. Their enthusiasm, curiosity, and joyful participation made World Bee Day 2026 a truly memorable celebration.
We look forward to welcoming more young visitors to StayAFarm in the future as we continue creating educational experiences that bring children closer to nature, agriculture, and the incredible world of pollinators.
